Cancellations & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships—free of charge. Contact accounts@cyborgdynamicseng.com as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at accounts@cyborgdynamicseng.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty or defective items: We will cover return shipping and provide a pre-paid return satchel.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you further instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the ACL. If you believe your product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assist you in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
